Is my race/class allowed to join?
Yes. The Company accepts applicants from all races and walks of life.
I have a criminal record, am I still able to apply?
Yes. It matters not who you were in the past, so long as you are willing to redeem yourself in the present.
I don't think my personality would be suitable for a military unit.
The Company is more like a family than an army. No matter your trade, style, profession or training, there'll always be a position you can comfortably fill. Perhaps being a field medic, or a bodyguard, or a stealthy commando? Or maybe even a simple helping hand?
Are there regular meetings/training events?
Yes, but these are yet to be decided.
What are my prospects for promotion if I join?
That is entirely up to you. Do not think that your hard work and commitment goes unnoticed - someone is always watching, and your efforts will be rewarded.
The Red Company sounds overly militarised for me, and I think the discipline will restrict me greatly.
Not at all. Most of our rules are simple common courtesy, and if they're obeyed at all times, you'll find that everyone in the company is actually very relaxed and easy-going. And if you don't appreciate the way you're being spoken to, approach an officer about it - at the end of the day, we're human like you.
